We will send you an invoice via Square that will allows you to pay with credit or debit card. Payment must be received before the greeting is displayed.
Yes. For an additional fee (subject to availability).
We pick up and deliver the greetings between 6:30 PM and 12:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made.
The price includes delivery, the length of display time you select, and pick up.
No, we can setup without meeting someone unless we still need to collect payment.
All signs are property of Twinkle Greetings, LLC. You will be responsible for missing or damaged lawn display items.
Yes. If you do not, and we are required to remove the display, you will not be given a refund.
Refunds are issued if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your greeting.
You will not receive a refund if:
the homeowner or recipient stops us from installing the greeting
The homeowner or recipient calls us to remove the greeting
You provide the incorrect address or date
We cannot access the gated community/security guard to enter the delivery location
Any other reason we cannot setup the greeting that is beyond our control.
