Book 3 or more school greetings upfront and receive the discounted bundle rate of $150 per greeting for up to one full week.You are prepaying for the number of greetings you want to reserve for the school year. ⭐ BOOKING & DELIVERYHOW DOES IT WORK?
Place your order online and you'll receive a confirmation text message. Once we confirm the details, we'll send your invoice and rental agreement. Your greeting will be installed on the scheduled date, and we'll return to pick it up after your celebration.DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR INSTALLATION?
No. Most greetings are installed between 6:00 PM and midnight the evening before your event. You do not need to be home or awake during installation.WHAT TIME WILL MY GREETING BE INSTALLED?
Installations begin at 6:00 PM and may continue until midnight (or even later!) the night before your event. We cannot guarantee specific installation times, as routes vary based on location, setup complexity, weather, and other scheduled deliveries. Certain locations may require different installation times, which will be discussed at the time of booking.HOW DO I KNOW MY GREETING IS SCHEDULED?
If you have received payment confirmation from Square (take a screenshot), your greeting is scheduled for delivery.WHEN WILL MY GREETING BE PICKED UP?
Greetings are typically picked up after dark on the designated pickup date unless other arrangements have been made.IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
No. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received.HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates such as graduations, school events, and holidays.DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY OR LAST-MINUTE GREETINGS?
Sometimes! Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.💧 LAWN & INSTALLATIONDO I NEED TO WATER MY LAWN BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Yes. Please water your lawn thoroughly before your installation date. Dry or hard ground can make installation difficult or impossible. If we are unable to install due to hard ground, no refund will be issued.CAN SIGNS BE INSTALLED IN ROCKS, MULCH, FLOWER BEDS, OR ARTIFICIAL TURF?
Our greetings are designed to be installed in grass or soil. If you have concerns about your yard, please contact us before booking.WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Please close blinds, minimize barking dogs, and let members of your household know a greeting will be installed. These simple steps help our team work safely and efficiently.💡 SPOTLIGHTSCAN I ADD SPOTLIGHTS TO MY GREETING?
Yes! Spotlights are available as an add-on for many greetings.WHAT DO I NEED FOR SPOTLIGHTS?
The installer will need access to a working electrical outlet, typically located near your front door. If an outlet is not available nearby, please provide an extension cord that reaches the installation area.HOW DO THE SPOTLIGHTS WORK?
Our spotlights use a dusk-to-dawn timer and automatically turn on at night and off during the day.MY LIGHTS AREN'T WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The most common cause is a tripped breaker or outlet issue. Please check your outlet and breaker panel first.🌦 WEATHERWHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Our signs are weather resistant, but we do not install during severe or turbulent weather. If weather becomes an issue, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling or refund options.🛠 SIGN CARE & RESPONSIBILITYCAN I MOVE THE SIGNS AFTER THEY ARE INSTALLED?
No. Please do not move, alter, remove, or reposition any part of the display. Our signs are fragile and require specific installation techniques.CAN CHILDREN AND PETS PLAY AROUND THE SIGNS?
We recommend keeping children and pets away from the display to prevent accidental damage or injury.CAN I MOW MY LAWN WHILE THE GREETING IS INSTALLED?
No. Lawn mowers, weed eaters, and grass clippings can permanently damage or stain the signs.WHAT HAPPENS IF A SIGN IS DAMAGED OR GOES MISSING?
